Velmoria Beauty Supply wants customers to have a clear and fair process if there is ever an issue with a purchase. This policy explains how returns are generally handled. Specific details, such as return windows and instructions, may be communicated at the time of purchase or when a return is requested, and this page will be updated as those details are finalized.

2. Return Eligibility

Whether an item is eligible for return may depend on factors such as:

We do not currently publish a fixed number of days for returns. Return timing and eligibility details will be clearly communicated as our return process is finalized ahead of full store launch.

3. Beauty and Personal-Care Hygiene Considerations

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain opened, used, unsealed, or altered beauty and personal-care products may not be eligible for return, unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or a return is otherwise required by applicable law. This may include products such as skincare, hair care, grooming products, personal care items, and fragrance, where hygiene and safety are relevant considerations.

4. Condition of Returned Items

Where a return is accepted, items are generally expected to be unused and in their original condition and original packaging, along with proof of purchase or order information. Claims involving defective, damaged, or incorrect items may be treated differently, as described below.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at info@velmoriabeautysupply.com. To help us resolve the issue, we may request information such as your order number, details about the product, and photos where appropriate.

6. Return Authorization

Please contact Velmoria before mailing back any item. Do not send a return without first reaching out to us. Return instructions, including where applicable a return address, will be provided to you as part of the return authorization process.

7. Refunds

If a return or refund is approved, the refund will generally be issued to your original payment method where applicable. The timing of a refund may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution, and Velmoria does not guarantee a specific number of days for a refund to appear.

8. Exchanges

The availability of a replacement or exchange item depends on current stock and other circumstances at the time of your request. Where an exchange is not available, Velmoria may offer a refund or the option to place a new order instead. Exchange availability is not guaranteed.

9. Sale and Promotional Items

Not all sale or promotional items are automatically treated as final sale. Any product-specific final-sale or promotional-return restriction will be clearly disclosed where applicable, such as on the product page or at checkout.

10. Return Shipping

Return-shipping instructions, and any applicable responsibility for return-shipping costs, will be communicated as part of the return authorization process, and may depend on the reason for the return and applicable law.

11. In-Store Purchases

If you made your purchase in person, please retain your proof of purchase and follow the return instructions communicated to you at the time of that transaction.

12. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return where doing so is necessary for legitimate hygiene, safety, or legal reasons, as described in Section 3 above. Velmoria does not currently sell gift cards; if gift cards become available in the future, any applicable restrictions will be described here at that time.
